What We Cover
At Compeer, we stand behind the work we do and the value we provide. Any component we install, or any service we perform, is covered. If something fails during the warranty period, we’ll make it right.
Warranty Periods
Repairs & Labor: 30‑day warranty
Components we Install: Covered by the full manufacturers warranty
Custom PC Builds: 1‑year limited warranty (components + labor we provide)
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty only applies to the service performed. We do not cover:
Issues caused by components we did not install or service
Problems unrelated to the original service we provided
Software issues that are not related to the original issue
Damage caused by the customer, third parties, or outside factors
Customer supplied parts
Lost data, passwords, license keys. Customers are responsible for having a recent backup
Software Coverage
If we serviced a software issue and the same issue returns under normal use, we’ll make it right
If a new or unrelated software problem appears, or if changes were made after our repair, that isn't covered
About Windows & System Setup
To ensure our assembled systems are working as they should for many years, all new builds must include a clean Windows installation performed by us.
We do not warranty:
Windows installations done by the customer
Issues caused by a Windows Reset or improper setup
Third‑party software problems
Our Promise
We want all of our customers to feel confident in the work we did. This warranty is here to protect both parties involved.
